During registration:

You will be charged a $10 non-refundable fee per lab (can be paid with credit card).
Enter your EA Training Voucher code to cover the rest of the Lab fees ($249 per lab).
One voucher code per lab may be used.

No-show policy:

$249 (per lab missed) will be charged to the credit card provided during registration.
EA Training Voucher will be credited back.

Changes/cancelations:

Must be made at least 72 (business) hours prior to start of event by contacting piworld@osisoft.com.
Cancelations made at least 72 hours in advance will not be charged the $249 and the EA Training Voucher will be credited back.

About PI System Learning Labs:

Labs are limited to 20 seats per class per day
Offered daily from 13:00 to 16:30 in each time zone (SGT, CET, PDT)
