Seats in our interactive hands-on labs sell out fast, so please register as early as possible. Labs are $150 each. There are no discounts for labs.
In order to participate in the labs, you must bring your own laptop to the conference.
Sometimes more labs are opened based on popularity, so please check the event website regularly for any changes. If you need to modify your registration, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Last minute sign-ups may be available on-site (depending on availability) until 24 hours before the scheduled lab time.
We want to make sure your guests have ample opportunity to explore the city of San Francisco during the day and enjoy our social events at night. This year, guests are invited to join four evening events: the Monday Welcome Reception, Tuesday Offsite Event, Wednesday Expo Reception, and Thursday Geek Night Party. During registration, you have the option to purchase a “full guest pass” for $150 per person that would provide your guest a badge to enter and participate in those evening events. No other guest meals are provided.
You are welcome to send a substitute attendee at no charge if you email email@example.com. Cancellations received on or before March 10, 2019 will be refunded minus a $175.00 cancellation fee. Confirmed registrants who cancel after March 11th or “no show” will be charged the full amount.
