We are using the PI Integrator for ESRI/ArcGIS to display service requests and work orders geospatially on a map. This data is layered over the top of our water infrastructure, converging critical operational information into a single environment. The integration has improved our customer response and increased efficiency as field crews move from job to job, without having to report back to the office for their next assignment.
