Robert Kraus works at Bayer Crop Science for Product Supply. In his current role he is in the lead to outline and implement the data & analytics strategy for the crop protection manufacturing facilities.

Robert received his PhD from the TU Berlin, where he conducted research at the department for chemical process dynamics and operations. In his career at Bayer, he has worked in different roles before being appointed to his current role.

As part of an international team, Robert pushes digitalization and provides actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
