Customer Success Manager
Paula Baquer is a Customer Success Manager at OSIsoft, focusing on the Life Science Industries in EMEA. Paula joined OSIsoft in 2012, as a Customer Support team member out of the London office. After several on-site assignments, she discovered her passion to help customers solve their problems and she became a Sr. Field Service Engineer in 2015. During her trips she felt enlightened with the Pharmaceutical and Life Science Industry as she actively collaborated in several projects with IT-OT Integration. In 2017 she joined the Advisory Services team at OSIsoft which focused on providing advice on architecture design, best practices on PI System Implementation and integration with other systems. Today, she is managing several Enterprise Agreement Accounts, whose main focus is to design strategy for OT-IT implementation, PI deployments across the enterprise and to ensure customer success. She holds a B.Sc. In Chemical Engineering from IQS School of Engineering, Barcelona and a M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London and she is a prospective student for the Executive Master in Business Analytics at ESADE Business School, Barcelona.
