An analytical thinker with an engineering foundation; Musreen is a dedicated Data Analyst, passionate about leveraging data to uncover maximum value to the business through informed decisions. Graduated as BEng in Electrical Engineering and MSc in Control systems from University of Sheffield, Musreen brings a structured problem-solving approach and a knack for detail to the world of data analysis.

Throughout his career, he has collaborated with cross-functional teams to extract actionable insights from data, enabling the organization to optimize processes, identify process and equipment trends, and enhance decision-making. Musreen has led various projects on translating data-driven findings into clear and concise visualizations, fostering a deeper understanding of complex concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Musreen is now the Head of Surface Data for PETRONAS Upstream, responsible to ensure the organization delivers the maximum return from the investment made.
