Steps to Processing Your Refund

We apologize for the delay in processing your refund for PI World San Francisco 2020.

Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with our payment gateway last week, and due to business closures resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, we have not been able to receive the support we need from our gateway organization to properly rectify the situation. This has kept us on hold for some time, and we no longer want to keep our customers waiting.

In efforts to expedite the process and get registrants refunded in the most efficient way possible, we are going to process all outstanding refunds through PayPal, using the email addresses we have on file from PI World SF registration. If you are okay with this process, no further action is needed from you.

However, if you cannot and/or do not want your refund via PayPal, we need you to fill out the Refund Form to provide us with more information to either:

1) accept a wire/ACH transfer, or

2) accept a check (this will take the longest due to OSIsoft staff working remotely and general process lead time)

We will start processing all payments through PayPal by Thursday, April 2nd unless we hear from you before Wednesday, April 1st.

Please click and submit the Refund Form button by April 1st to inform us.
