He is always helping customers through support cases, seminars, PI World and has a strong presence on PI Square. Sebastien is a graduate of McGill university and started working at OSI as an intern during his studies.

Brian Bostwick is the Department Lead for Product Management at OSIsoft, LLC. He manages the team of Strategic and Technical Product Managers, focusing product direction to provide the highest value as customers adopt and use our products and services. Previously, as a Market Principal, Brian was focused on working with customers and partners, sharing cyber security knowledge and best practices. He started as a member of engineering leading client product development, working with customers to shape product direction.

Brent Bregenzer is a Senior Field Service Engineer at OSIsoft focused primarily on AF Workshops, customer coaching and training, and demos. He enjoys helping customers from all industries learn more about PI and get more value from their systems via AF. Outside of these tasks and other AF related projects, he likes participating in the wider OSIsoft Community on PI Square. Prior to OSIsoft, he received degrees in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University and The University of Texas at Austin, and spent time in the chemicals, polymers, and semiconductor processing industries.

Doug joined OSIsoft in 2012, and has worked in Customer Support and Development. Currently a member of the Product Readiness group, Doug works on GitHub samples and in the Lighthouse program to get feedback on new products. Doug holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, and his hobbies include board and PC games.

Charlston Bulacan is a DevOps Engineer at OSIsoft working on improving developer productivity. He started as an IT Support Engineer at OSIsoft in 2015, but shortly after joined a cross-functional team focused on using operational experience and automation to help with common day-to-day tasks. He holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Brown University.

Chad Chisholm has worked for OSIsoft since 2001. During that time he has worked on AlarmView, Notifications, PI Web Parts, and PI WebAPI. Most recently Chad is the Program Manager focused on OSIsoft Cloud Services. Chad holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Tulane University. He lives in Arizona with his wife and many daughters.

Ronan guides the Engineering Department through the technology challenges necessary to execute OSIsoft's strategy. He focuses on the non-functional aspects necessary to make technology successful and creating a holistic approach that combines both business and technical concerns. He also advocates for and supports a positive development culture by embodying the principals of agility and championing the needs of the Software Development community.

Ronan joined OSIsoft in 2001 as a Software Developer and over his tenure has taken on many different roles, all the way from individual contributor to Director of Engineering. Prior to joining OSIsoft, Ronan worked as a process engineering in the Metals & Mining sector.

Ronan holds a B.Eng. in Chemical Engineering from University College Dublin, Ireland.

Max Drexel has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Drexel University. Since June 2016, he has worked at OSIsoft as a software developer on the PI Web API, part of the Developer Technologies product family. At Drexel University, he participated in development of automated position-tracking and vision systems. He has also previously worked at ifm efector as a software developer, creating quality-assurance software for temperature transmitters.

Derek Endres graduated from the Ohio State University with a Masters in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Computer Science. He joined OSIsoft in July 2011. He has had many different roles, including Technical Support Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Technical Support Escalation Engineer for the Manual Logger and Data Access products, Software Developer for AF UI, and currently is a Research Software Developer. As a research software developer Derek focuses on the areas of Cloud, Edge, IoT, and Analytics.

I am an Application Administrator for the IT Energy Systems group at Portland General Electric. I have been the PI system administrator for 4 years. My group works closely with PGE Business users to manage data and automate the distribution and transmission of power within PGE. We also facilitate the trading of power with other power companies. Much of this data is held within the PI system.

Sophia joined RoviSys in 2016 and quickly distinguished herself as one of their go-to technical PI developers. Before working with Dominion Energy, she executed projects involving detailed AF design, including complex AF analytics, and the integration of business analytics software with PI and AF. Now, she leads the Dominion Energy team in the execution of the full-scale AF hierarchy and analytics implementation which is anticipated to deploy to Dominion’s entire fleet.
In addition to PI, Sophia’s programming and design experience spans various platforms from backend technologies like SQL, to .NET and cutting-edge web and mobile technologies. She has executed software projects involving full stack design and development of custom applications and mobile platform applications.

Gopal Gopalkrishnan, PE has been involved in several roles at OSIsoft and has been working with the PI System since the mid-1990s in software development, technical and sales support and field services. Attached to the Philadelphia office, he is presently a Solution Architect in the Partners Group. Previously, he was a Product Manager with a focus on Enterprise and Asset Integration and PI Data Access. Gopalkrishnan has a master's degree in chemical engineering, continuing education in business administration and is a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania. He is also active in the MESA Technical Committee and the MESA Continuous Process Industry Special Interest Group and active in topics such as data mining, energy efficiency, manufacturing intelligence, sustainability, including green initiatives in facilities and data centers.

Brian is a U.S Navy Veteran, and started his career with Dominion Energy in 2001. Brian has since served in multiple Instrumentation & Controls roles at various Dominion Generating Stations. Brian brings over 22 years of experience in power plant Instrumentation, commissioning, operations, multiple distributed control systems administration, networks, tuning and maintenance, technical team lead and project technical lead. Brian currently supports the Dominion generating fleet as the I&C, DCS, and PI System Subject Matter Expert.

Matt manages the Deployment and Performance Guild for OSIsoft Engineering Division. He has nearly 30 years of experience with PI starting as a customer as far back as PI2 on VAX. About 10 years ago he joined OSIsoft to help found our Center of Excellence, then moved to engineering 5 years ago to help bring 1st hand customer insights into the product development and testing process.

Curt Hertler works in Pre-Sales Engineering and Global Solutions Architect based in Cleveland. He has had several roles at OSIsoft, including the establishment of the OSIsoft’s Developers Network in 1989, which might have been the world’s first app store. Before joining OSIsoft, Curt has 19 years of petroleum refining experience working for Marathon Oil and British Petroleum. In addition to having advanced control and process engineering responsibilities, he has taken on projects to develop and operationalize analytical models for online process optimization. Curt represented BP for five years on the National Petroleum Refiners Association Computer Applications Committee. He graduated with a BS and MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.

A 25-year software veteran, Greg’s worked for a number of software companies, including Siemens Energy and Automation, Wonderware and OSIsoft. Now in his 17th year at OSIsoft, Greg’s passion has always been focused on event storage technologies. His experience with event storage spans from IOT devices on the edge, the PI Data Archive and OSIsoft’s Cloud Services. He’s based out of OSIsoft’s Johnson City, Tn office.
When not heads down in code, Greg tends to keep himself busy with family, home improvement projects and finding ways to make use of the latest smart home technologies. He also enjoys working with various non-profit organizations dedicated to serving individuals with Special Needs in the community.
