BART (PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TRAIN)

BART is the quickest and most cost-effective option for transportation to the conference. The Powell Street BART station is only two blocks from the Hilton Union Square.

Pricing:
To/From San Francisco Airport (SFO) to Powell St. Station - $9.65 (one way), $19.30 roundtrip
To/From Oakland Airport (OAK) to Powell St. Station - $10.95 (one way), $21.90 roundtrip

From San Francisco (SFO Airport): The BART station is located in the International Terminal, a short walk from Terminals 1 and 3. You can also take the free SFO AirTrain inside the airport from all terminals directly to the BART station. Follow the signs upstairs and board an AirTrain to the BART station.

To buy a ticket in advance, click here and buy a round-trip (RT) transfer voucher for only $21.00. You can redeem this voucher at SFO airport between 8:30am-10:30pm daily. Tickets may also be purchased on the BART train platform. Buy a $9.65 ticker for one-way to Powell St. Station or a $21.90 ticket for a round trip.

Once on the BART train platform at SFO Airport Station, board an Antioch train towards downtown San Francisco and exit at Powell St.

From Oakland (OAK) Airport: Go to the new BART station across from Terminal 1 and board the train to the Coliseum station. When you arrive there, get a $20.40 RT San Francisco ticket. Then exit at the fare gate and walk down to the main train platform. Proceed to the right side of the platform and take any San Francisco bound train to the Powell St. Station (1 ½ blocks away from hotel). The total trip downtown takes 30-40 minutes. The ticket has enough value for your ride back to OAK.
