An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you after you register and payment has been received. If you register for a hotel, you will receive a separate email with the hotel confirmation number immediately within registering for your hotel room.
Labs fill up quickly, so we recommend registering early. All available labs will show up as options in registration and you may choose as many as you'd like (one per time slot) at a cost of SEK 750 (est. 75 Euro) each. There are no discount codes for labs.
Sometimes more labs are opened based on popularity, so please check the event website regularly for any changes. If you need to modify your registration, please email piworldemea@osisoft.com. Last minute sign-ups may be available on-site (depending on availability) until 24 hours before the scheduled lab time.
If you would like to make a switch or cancel a lab that you signed up for, please email piworldemea@osisoft.com and we will assist you with modifying your registration.
You are welcome to send a substitute attendee at no charge if you email piworldemea@osisoft.com with notification by August 15, 2019. Cancellations received by August 15, 2019 will be charged a SEK 1,500 cancellation fee. Confirmed registrants who cancel after August 15th or “no show” will be charged the full amount.
To avoid cancellation charges, please email the hotel direct at least 72 hours in advance if you need to adjust or cancel your reservation.
Please email piworldemea@osisoft.com with any changes, and we will work with you to update your registration.
You are welcome to send a substitute attendee at no charge if you forward us written notification no later than two weeks prior to the conference.
You may purchase a "Full Guest Pass" during registration for SEK 1,500 (est. 150 Euro) per person. This year, guests are invited to join three evening events: the Monday Welcome Reception, Tuesday Expo Reception, and Wednesday Fusion! Offsite Event.
The guest pass would provide your guest(s) a badge to enter and participate in those evening events. No other guest meals are provided.
Yes, but we expect a sold-out event; therefore, we recommend registering early.
If you are a member of the media and would like to attend the conference, please e-mail piworldemea@osisoft.com for information and a special registration code.
Pricing for the conference can be found here. Your registration payment will cover conference materials, sessions, event giveaways, lunch, and our evening events.

On the payment during registration, there is a box where you enter your promo code before making any payments.

If you chose a room during registration, a credit card will be needed to confirm your hotel reservation but you will not be charged until you arrive on site. All major credit cards are accepted for the guarantee. Only substitutions are allowed for hotel rooms within our block, no cancellation is allowed.
Please refer to your confirmation email, which will have a link to the invoice/receipt.
You may also download your invoice at the final stage of the registration process.
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and wire transfers in the registration process. If you would like to pay with a PO, please select wire transfer during the registration process, download the invoice and submit with your PO. PO's are not accepted past August 1, 2019.
Yes, all of the hotels, room rates and directions can be found on the Hotel Page of the event website.
Hotel confirmation numbers are automatic when you book your hotel through our system link.
We have an allocated block of rooms at each of the hotels. If a hotel does not show as an option, it is sold out for the dates you are requesting. Please select a different hotel.
Rooms will be based on availability so please book early!

Sweden is part of the EU. Those traveling from an EU country do not require a visa. Anyone outside the EU, please refer to your local country embassy for information on visas for Sweden.
The Flygbussarna airport coaches run to and from Landvetter airport (20 min. journey) and stop at Korsvägen/the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre, right opposite the hotel. This is the first and last stop when travelling from and to the airport.

Please wear your conference badge to all group functions and meetings so that you can be readily identified as a PI World EMEA attendee.
At this year's event, we are using wearable beacon technology to better understand what works and what does not. From recent surveys, we learned that attendees want a more personalized experience, and the only way for our events team to gain the knowledge required to achieve this is through sophisticated event technology. We have partnered with TRC to employ their wearable beacon technology and data analytics to provide us with this level of detail. Your data will not be copied, stored or released.
Yes, we will arrange that for you, please ask the at the registration desk of the conference to book a time.
Our team does its best to accommodate food allergies and special diets based on your notes during registration. On site, we ask that you please communicate directly with the hotel staff should you require anything additional.
Monday will be your best night to explore Gothenburg as the conference will have an expo reception on Tuesday and offsite evening event on Wednesday.
We recommend working with the Gothenburg restaurants directly to make your reservations.
