Registration and Changes
An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you after you register and payment has been received. If you register for a hotel, you will receive a separate email with the hotel confirmation number within 30 days of the event date.
Labs fill up quickly, so we recommend registering early. All available labs will show up as options in registration and you may choose as many as you'd like (one per time slot) at a cost of €75 each. There are no discount codes for labs.
If you would like to make a switch or cancel a lab that you signed up for, please email piworldemea@osisoft.com and we will assist you with modifying your registration.
Cancellations received by September 1, 2018 will be charged a €175 cancellation fee. You are welcome to send a substitute attendee at no charge if you email piworldemea@osisoft.com with notification no later than two weeks prior to the conference. Confirmed registrants who cancel after September 1st or "no show" will be charged the full amount.

You may purchase a "Full Guest Pass" during registration for €150. This allows access to the Monday Welcome Reception, Tuesday Expo Reception, Wednesday Offsite Dinner Event and Thursday Closing Party.
Yes, but we expect a sold-out event; therefore, we recommend registering early.

Pricing and Payments
Pricing for the conference can be found here. Your registration payment will cover conference materials, sessions, event giveaways, lunch, and our evening events. It does not include hotel room or incidentals.
On the payment during registration, there is a box where you enter your promo code before making any payments.

If you chose a room during registration, a credit card will be needed to confirm your hotel reservation but you will not be charged until you arrive on site. All major credit cards are accepted for the guarantee. Only substitutions are allowed for hotel rooms within our block, no cancellation is allowed.
Please refer to your confirmation email, which will have a link to the invoice/receipt.
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) and wire transfers in the registration process. If you would like to pay with a PO, please select wire transfer during the registration process, then email piworldemea@osisoft.com your PO and confirmation email, and we will send you the Pro Forma Invoice.
Hotel & Travel Information
Yes, all of the hotels, room rates and directions can be found on the Hotel Page of the event website.
Hotel confirmation numbers will be sent by the hotel 30 days out from the event date.
We have an allocated block of rooms at each of the hotels. If a hotel does not show as an option, it is sold out for the dates you are requesting. Please select a different hotel.
Special rooms are available upon request. Please note any requests on your registration or email piworldemea@osisoft.com after registration.

Please wear your conference badge to all group functions and meetings so that you can be readily identified as a PI World EMEA attendee.
At this year's event, we are using wearable beacon technology to better understand what works and what does not. From recent surveys, we learned that attendees want a more personalized experience, and the only way for our events team to gain the knowledge required to achieve this is through sophisticated event technology. We have partnered with TurnoutNow to employ their wearable beacon technology and data analytics to provide us with this level of detail. Your data will not be copied, stored or released.

Our team does its best to accommodate food allergies and special diets based on your notes during registration. On site, we ask that you please communicate directly with the hotel or CCIB staff should you require anything additional.
Monday and Tuesday would be your best nights to explore Barcelona as the conference will have an offsite evening event on Wednesday and a closing event on Thursday. We recommend working with your hotel concierges to book dinner or email BCNDM_Concierge@hilton.com in advance!
