Please Note: Your registration confirmation is also a preliminary confirmation of your hotel reservation. You will recieve an additional confirmation closer to the conference. CANCELLATIONS
For all hotels: Once reservation is confirmed, only name change is permitted without penalty. No shows will be charged in full.
