Breakfast is also included in your room rate at your hotel. We will not be providing breakfast at the conference. 

LABS

Seats in our interactive hands-on labs sell out fast, so please register as early as possible. Labs are 75€ each. There are no discounts for labs.

Sometimes more labs are opened based on popularity, so please check the event website regularly for any changes. If you need to modify your registration, please email piworldemea@osisoft.com Last minute sign-ups may be available on-site (depending on availability) until Tuesday, Sept. 25th at 15:00.

CANCELLATIONS

You are welcome to send a substitute attendee at no charge if you email piworldemea@osisoft.com with notification by September 1, 2018. Cancellations received by September 1, 2018 will be charged a 175€  cancellation fee. Confirmed registrants who cancel after September 1st or “no show” will be charged the full amount.

GUESTS

We want to make sure your guests have ample opportunity to explore the city of Barcelona during the day and enjoy our social events at night. This year, guests are invited to join four evening events: the Monday Meet & Greet Reception, Tuesday Expo Reception, Wednesday Offsite Dinner and Thursday Closing Fiesta del Sol Party at the Hilton. During registration, you have the option to purchase a “full guest pass” for €150 per person that would provide your guest(s) a badge to enter and participate in those evening events. No other guest meals are provided and this pass does not include access to the conference.
 
Tours are on your own. The concierge desk at each hotel (located in the lobby) is available to assist with restaurants, tours and other recommendations.
