The following networking opportunities come free with registration to the conference, so please join us for all of our fun evening events!
Guests: During registration, you will also have the option to purchase a “full guest pass” ($150/person) that would provide your guest(s) a badge to enter and participate in the Monday Meet & Greet Reception, Tuesday Expo Dinner Reception, and Thursday Geek Night Party at the Hilton.
MEET & GREET RECEPTION — MONDAY
MONDAY, APRIL 23 - Location: Continental Ballroom (Hilton)
3:00 - 4:00 PM: First Time Attendee Presentation (Grand A)
3:00 - 4:00 PM: First Time Attendee Presentation (Grand A)
4:00 - 5:00 PM: First Time Attendee Reception (Continental)
5:00 - 7:00 PM: Networking Reception (open to all)
The Meet & Greet Reception will start an hour early for first time attendees to hear how best to navigate the event. With the number of events taking place, it will be a brief and helpful presentation to those who have never attended the conference before followed by a brief Q&A session. There will also be time to meet with other "first time attendees" before the reception opens up to the larger audience.
At 5:00 pm, doors will open to all attendees to officially kick-off the conference. This will be everyone's opportunity to meet and greet members of the PI System community and start the conference on a high note!
